Sculpting exercises using slightly heavier 2kg to 6kg weights to increase your strength, sculpt and shape your arms, legs and glutes, burn fat, gain confidence and look and feel strong.
Mat Pilates exercises using 1kg light weights at higher repetitions, resistance bands, and ankle weights (while weaving in a bit of barre work) — to lengthen your muscles.
YOUR FIRST GROUP PILATES CLASS IS FREE, SO YOU CAN TRY OUT MY MAT-BASED METHOD FIRST AND SEE IF IT’S A GOOD FIT FOR YOU.
These bursts of cardio are interwoven with the strengthening and lengthening and can be modified to your fitness needs, capacity and goals. Expect full body movements with medium weights, rebounding and jumping (if accessible) to maximise fat-burning.

I have done reformer Pilates for a long time and was not sure if I would get such a good workout doing mat Pilates, but quite the opposite, not only is it cheaper than reformer classes but I can tell I am working much harder and better on the mat, getting a full body workout - and I can definitely feel it the next day! Karina's cues and instructions are really good, meaning I'm working the right muscles, her playlist keeps you motivated, the class vibe is very warm and welcoming for people of all abilities and Karina is just so lovely, her classes are a real highlight of my week - I highly recommend it!
