Wild Orange Bliss Balls



Following our recent Wellness Urban Retreat and 101 on esssential oil with Kelly Watt from TRUE Food & Yoga, Kelly shares with us this delicious recipe – a combination of her passion for food and talent for making incredible delicious recipes using interesting and nutritious ingredients.  This special recipe has orange Essential oil and hemp seed protein powder and hemp seed oil from Plant Culture.

We’ve been loving these babies! Perfect healthy snack.

METHOD

  • 300g sunflower seeds
  • 300g pumpkin seeds
  • 200g almond
  • 150g cocoa powder
  • 200g desiccated coconut
  • 400g fresh pitted dates
  • 1/2 tablespoon hemp seed powder or protein of choice
  • drizzle hemp seed oil or coconut oil
  • orange essential oil – we used Doterra Wild Orange (10 drops)
  • orange juice + zest (4 oranges)
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon (optional)
    Makes 60 balls 
    Blend, roll and enjoy your bliss!
