The expansion of technology and social media has become part of our everyday lives; people are finding inspiration from new sources, such as Instagram. Balancing Act shares some of its favourite Instagram inspirations this month.

  1. @revealyourselfnz – Authentic and real woman who developed the “Reveal Yourself 21 Day Plan.” This not only focuses on weight loss, but also helps people fully regain their health and get their personal “SPARKLE” back. This Instagrammer is extremely knowledgable when it comes to food, cooking, and developing her own recipes with functional food products.
  1. @begoodorganics – Buffy-Ellen is the founder of Be Good Organics, an organic plant-based food blog. She is passionate about animals, health and our environment. Her recipes are absolutely delicious and very easy to follow. What I love the most is that she explains the nutritional benefits of various elements in each recipe to promote optimum health and well-being.
  1. @petitekitchen – Eleanor Ozich is a mother, wife, owner of the Auckland based eatery Mondays, and creator of Petite Kitchen – a food blog with simple wholesome recipes. She is one of New Zealand’s leading clean eating gurus. Definitely a must to follow.
  1. @inspiredhealthandfitness – Rachel is a well being columnist for Good magazine, fitness writer for the Herald, yoga teacher, marathoner, Achilles charity ambassador and Inspired Health Director. This woman is New Zealand’s wellness real role model!
