We totally get that often times if we can see into your business, we also know a great deal about what is going on in your life!  We totally get that allowing someone to see your real financial situation can be a huge barrier for some of you!  We totally get that some of you desperately want to be rid of the stress of last minute GST returns or need some guidance now and then, but would rather ease into it slowly.

At Balancing Act we love Xero!  For those of you who have not yet heard of Xero, it is the latest and greatest in online accounting software, developed here in New Zealand specifically for small business.

The benefits of using Xero are endless but here are just a few:

  • You decide who has access!  (Now think about that … as you grow you can add in an employee, or better yet get Balancing Act to do more for you)

This is specifically designed for the entrepreneur who wants to work on their business, not in it.  Each month we take care of the accounting for you.  Think of this…… no more last minute stress getting your GST done on time, no more wondering if you will get a nasty tax bill at the end of the year, no yearend hassle getting your information to your accountant!

  • We magically complete your cashbook each month!
  • You’ll only need to deal with ONE email from us each month asking for information on items we don’t know!

We can offer support, direction and advice.  We know you know your business best of all, but sometimes doing it on your own is a lonely place and having someone with some financial experience to have a look from the outside in can be a godsend.
